Stephen has practiced law in Prescott and Yavapai County since 2016. Stephen’s practice focuses on business law, land use law, hospital & medical law, municipal law, and special taxing district law.
A 4th-generation Prescott native, Stephen graduated from Prescott High School in 2005. He graduated from the Colorado College cum laude with a degree in mathematical economics in 2009 and attained his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2014.
While at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Stephen externed for the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division 1, Honorable Patricia A, Orozco, and for the Presiding Justice of the Peace for the Maricopa County Justice Courts, Honorable C. Steven McMurry. Stephen also advocated for the clients in ASU’s Civil Justice Clinic and the Community Services Consumer Protection Division. Stephen practiced with the law firm of Prescott Law Group, PLLC, prior to joining the Law Offices of Boyle, Pecharich, Cline, Whittington & Stallings, P.L.L.C.
