Casi M. Harris, Esq.
Associate Attorney
Casi brings over a decade of high-stakes legal experience to the Law Offices of Boyle, Pecharich, Cline, Whittington & Stallings, P.L.L.C. Her background spans complex felony litigation, real estate investment, and alternative dispute resolution, giving her a uniquely broad foundation in both courtroom advocacy and transactional matters requiring business insight.
Casi graduated Summa Cum Laude, ranked first in her department, from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2009 — earning membership in both Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Sigma Alpha honor societies — and studied International Politics and Spanish at the University of the Basque Country in San Sebastián, Spain. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2012, where she served on the Idaho Law Review, competed on the D. Craig Lewis Trial Team, and received the Service With Distinction Award for over 120 hours of pro bono service.
Casi interned with the City Attorney’s Office in Lewiston, Idaho, where she conducted jury trials, bench trials, and hearings on the misdemeanor criminal calendar and helped establish Idaho’s first Veterans Court as a certified mediator. Following graduation, she joined Roberts & Carver, PLLC in Prescott before beginning her tenure with the Yavapai County Attorney’s Office in 2013, where she rose to Supervising Deputy County Attorney. During her time there, she prosecuted the county’s most serious felony matters, serving as first-chair trial counsel in dozens of jury trials without a single trial loss.
